Hotels, mid-rise commercial buildings, apartments, schools, churches, warehouses, medical offices, and property portfolios can be good candidates when there is adequate stand-off distance, safe hose routing, clear launch space, workable wind conditions, and compatible surfaces.
Soft-wash jobs must be planned around drainage, landscaping, public walkways, and storm drains. Depending on the property and method, wash water may need to be contained, diverted, filtered, recovered, or kept away from stormwater systems. That is part of the site assessment.
They can reduce lift, ladder, and roof-edge exposure for many rinse and soft-wash tasks, but they do not replace every access method. Stubborn buildup, oxidation, caulk staining, post-construction debris, and certain window finishes still need contact cleaning or specialty restoration.
